Home visiting care

The MedO Home Visiting module supports individual and group work, patient history, household and family records, tracking of chronic conditions and measurements, and daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to HZZO and HZJZ. Fast data entry uses HZZO registers and forms. It is adapted for the central system (Ministry of Health certificate for primary care activities G2, G3, G4) and was developed together with experienced community nurses.
